HANDCRAFTED HATS FOR THEATRE AND CINEMATOGRAPHY COSTUME
Massimiliano Amicucci, founder of MOVE – Officine del Cappello, made his experience during 25 years work in a historic workshop in Rome, producing hats and accessories for cinema and theatre to be delivered worldwide.
After a tireless work of research and crafting in the field of accessories, accoutrements and strange hats of every type and shape, Massimiliano has been awarded with “Una vita professionale per il cinema”, an honourable prize in Cinecittà.
His hats, are regularly featured in Hollywood movies and the amount of movie stars wearing them ‘after work’ are generating growing rumors after the italian hat designer’s work.
The timeless charm of handmade products becomes demand in bespoke hats for theatre to best fit each actor, following the costume designer’s need, taking special care of design and historic placing of materials.
